性质:评价金属和合金耐孔蚀性能的一种试验方法。由于在一定的浓度范围内,氯离子浓度愈高,孔蚀电位愈负。因此可以根据这一关系测量在非侵蚀性阴离子溶液中发生孔蚀所需的最低氯离子浓度,以判断孔蚀的敏感性。常在0.5mol/LH2SO4中加入不同浓度的氯离子,经过一定周期的浸泡试验后,观察试件表面,以试件不产生孔蚀所对应的氯离子浓度为最低氯离子浓度。低于该浓度试件则不产生孔蚀。
