%26ldquo;推定全损%26rdquo;的对称,即保险财产在物质形式或经济价值上已完全灭失的损失。实际全损主要有下列四种情形:(1)保险标的已遭毁灭,如船舶与货物沉入海底无法打捞或货物被大火毁灭;(2)保险标的属性上的毁灭,原有的商业价值已不复存在,如茶叶遭海水浸湿后香味尽失、水泥浸海水后变成块状;(3)被保险人已不能恢复其所丧失的所有权,如船舶与货物被捕获或扣押后释放无期,或已被没收;(4)船舶失踪已达一定时期,如半年仍无音讯,则可视作全损。被保险人如果遭遇实际全损,即由保险人按保险金额全部赔付。
