| 硬通货 hard currency 国际金融市场上，信用较好的国家的货币。又称硬货币。金属货币、能自由兑换贵金属的货币都是硬货币。在当代的国际金融市场上，汇率相对稳定、并有上浮趋势的货币，也即所谓坚挺的货币称硬通货。它是与软货币相对而言的，并且随着国际金融市场的变化、各国间经济实力的消长，货币的软硬也会相互转化 。例如20世纪50年代美元是硬通货，到60、70年代逐渐疲软，而80年代初由于美国政府实行高利率和紧缩银根的政策，国际外汇市场上对美元的需求上升、汇率上浮，美元又硬起来。国际外汇市场上，德国马克、瑞士法郎等相对而言是硬通货。在国际贸易中以硬货币结算一般有利于出口商。在国际信贷中以硬货币贷款则有利于债权人。在国际储备中保有外国硬货币，有利于储备资产价值的稳定，可以避免、减轻因国际金融局势波动造成的风险。因此外汇市场波动时，硬通货成为抢购对象。 |
