The lateral resistant ability under three kinds of vertical loads and the hysteretic performance under cyclic loading are analyzed and contrasted for four steel frames,six steel plates shear wall piece with slits(two rows) and six steel frames-steel plate shear wall with slits.

Based on the experimental study of comparison between lateral resistance behavior of the small concrete hollow block walls, the initial cracking position, cracking shape, developing regularity and wall broken pattern for single piece of walls with different constructional measures and different structural types under horizontal and vertical loading have been found out.
本文通过对混凝土小型砌块单片足尺寸墙体进行抗侧力性能对比试验 ,了解具有不同构造措施和不同结构类型的墙体在水平和垂直双向荷载作用下初始裂缝的开展部位、裂缝形态、发展规律和墙体破坏形态 ,确定了各种墙体的初裂荷载和极限荷载 ,分析了各种砌块墙体的强度和变形性能 ,明确了不同构造措施 (如芯柱和构造柱 )在提高混凝土砌块墙体的强度和变形性能方面的作用 ,为确保混凝土小型空心砌块的抗裂效果提供了理论依据。
