| 现场勘查 crime scene，investigation at 侦查机关对犯罪处所及其遗留痕迹和其他物证所进行的勘验和调查（见犯罪现场）。目的是发现、收取犯罪痕迹和其他物证，了解和研究罪犯实施犯罪的情况和案件性质，确定侦查方向和范围，为侦查和审判案件提供线索和证据。包括实地勘查、现场访问和现场讨论3个方面。实地勘查时，应根据案件情况，划定勘查范围，确定勘查顺序，拍摄现场照片，绘制现场图，制作现场笔录，并对与犯罪有关的物品、痕迹进行提取和保全。勘查中，应对事主、目睹人、发现案件的人和现场保护人进行调查访问，了解案件发生、发现的时间、经过以及有关罪犯情况。勘查结束后，应召开临场会议，对案件性质以及犯罪的人数、时间、工具、手段等进行讨论和研究，作出初步判断，并决定应当采取的措施。 在中国，现场勘查通常由公安机关的侦查人员进行，必要时，可请有专门知识的人员协助进行。人民检察院对于公安机关的勘验检查，认为需要复验、复查时，可以要求公安机关复验、复查，并可以派人参加。人民检察院直接受理的刑事案件需要勘查时，可以请公安机关协助勘查，也可以自行勘查。人民法院在必要时，也可以对现场进行勘验检查。 现场勘查必须邀请2名与案件无关、为人公正的公民作见证人。发现和提取的痕迹、物品要请见证人过目，并在勘查笔录上签字。 |
