| 不定期船运输 tramp service 无固定航线 、无挂靠港口和班期的一种船舶营运方式。常用于大宗货物，特别是干散货和液体散货，如谷物、煤炭、矿石、石油等的运输。对于批量小、港口分散、货流和货源不稳定的货物，航运公司则需根据货物流量和流向、发送港和日期等编制月度运输配船计划和运输安排。不定期船运输在整个水路运输中占有相当高的比重。在国际海运方面，不定期船运输的货运量和投入运输的船舶吨位都是定期船舶运输的3～4倍以上 。不定期船运输是通过货物运输合同实现。中国最常用的运输合同是包运合同或数量合同，即在一定时期内、在一定航线或航区，按一定条件（发船密度、船舶吨位、运价及运费支付条件）包运较大数量货物的合同。在国际航运中，通用的运输合同是租船合同。租船合同是通过租船市场由船舶所有人或出租人和货方或承租人签订的。属于运输的租船合同分为航次租船合同和定期租船合同两种。前者为承租人在装货港装满船后，由出租人将货运到目的地 ；后者为出租人将船舶在一定时期租给承租人使用，在此期间由承租人经营该船的运输。 |
