性质:水泥浆体硬化过程中体积膨胀的水泥,可分为硅酸盐型、铝酸盐型和硫铝酸盐型三类。一般水泥浆体在空气中硬化时会产生收缩变形,当变形应力超过水泥抗拉强度时,就会产生开裂,使混凝土强度和耐久性下降。当用膨胀水泥配制混凝土时,就可克服或改善上述缺点。常用的膨胀有高铝水泥或瓷土、明矾石、特别石灰等。一般膨胀值较小的水泥,可配制收缩补偿磁砂和混凝土。适用于加固结构、浇灌机器底座或地脚螺栓、堵漏、修补漏水的裂缝和孔洞、接缝或管道接头,以及地下建筑物的防水层等。膨胀值较大的水泥又称自应力水泥,用于配制自应力钢筋混凝土,生产自应力水泥压力管等。
