做法： ①将鸭蛋的蛋清、蛋黄分开。
②蛋清盘内可稍加些水，淋上熟色拉油一大匙，高火2分钟取出；蛋黄不要打碎，淋上熟色拉油一大匙，高火1分钟取出。
③将上述蛋清、蛋黄与调料(a)拌和，撒上黑木耳片，高火2分钟，中途搅拌一次，食时撒上葱末。
