[Objective] To establish a real animal model for hypertrophic scar with Banna minipig inbred line(BMI)in order to provide an ideal animal model for the clinical study amd protection method of hypertrophic scar.
[目的]以云南特有的版纳微型猪近交系为对象,建立由动物自身产生的增生性瘢痕模型,为研究增生性瘢痕的发生机制及防治措施提供较为理想的动物模型。

The polymorphisms of 4 serum protein loci, prealbumin (PA),esterase (ES),amylase (AM) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) of 26 Banna miniature pigs were investigated by using the method of vertical polyacrilamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE).
采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对 2 6头版纳微型猪的前白蛋白 (PA)、酯酶(ES)、淀粉酶 (AM)和碱性磷酸酶 (AKP) 4个血清蛋白 (或酶 )座位的多态性进行了检则 ,计算了各座位的基因型频率、基因频率和遗传多样性指数。

Objective:To investigate the osteogenic activity of bone morphogenetic protein of Banna small-ear inbred-line pigs.
结论 :版纳近交小耳猪BMP具有较好的成骨诱导活性 ,且sepBMP的成骨能力与植入剂量有关 ,但其成骨诱导活性与相同剂量的普通猪BMP相比无明显差别。

Objective To evalute the osteoinductivity of Banna small-ear inbred-line pigs bone morphogenetic protein.
目的 从版纳近交小耳猪中提取骨形成蛋白(Banna small-ear pigs Bone Morphogenetic Protein，sepBMP)，观察其成骨活性并与普通猪骨形成蛋白(Common pigs BMP，cpBMP)的成骨活性作比较。
