性质:以纵向分裂纤维作用为主的一种打浆方式。操作特点是:打浆机的刀片较厚,浆料浓度宜高,轻刀慢打,时间较长。根据纤维切断情况,可分为长纤维粘状打浆和短纤维粘状打浆两种。前者使纤维高度分裂、压溃和溶胀,同时尽量避免纤维切断,抄纸时滤水慢,制成的纸张强韧而紧密,适于制造电容器纸、复写原纸等高级薄纸。后者使纤维高度分裂,同时适当切继纤维,抄纸时滤水更慢,制成的纸张质地均匀,机械强度高,透明性能好,适于制造描图纸、半透明玻璃纸等高级透明性纸张。
