生滚花蟹粥
原料：
花蟹2只，大米40克。
辅料：
姜丝5克，葱花5克，盐2克，鸡精1克，香油5克。
做法：
1. 花蟹洗净，剖壳剁块；大米洗净备用。
2. 砂锅置火中，以2:8的比例放入大米和清水，大火煮开后转用小火继续熬煲。
3. 煲至米粒软烂时，放入备好的花蟹、姜丝继续煲，煲至成米粥时，加入盐、鸡精拌匀，淋上少许香油，撒上葱花即可。
tips：
螃蟹色鲜味美、营养丰富，含有丰富的蛋白质、微量元素等营养成分，还有10多种游离氨基酸，其中谷氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸等含量较多，对身体有很好的滋补作用。
中医认为，螃蟹有清热解毒、补骨添髓、养筋活血、通经络、滋肝阴的功效。对于瘀血、损伤、黄疸、腰腿酸痛和风湿性关节炎等疾病有一定的食疗效果。根据古籍记载，螃蟹适用于跌打损伤、淤血肿痛、伤筋断骨的治疗。此外，油漆过敏或因漆中毒而生疮，可将活蟹捣汁敷用。
蟹黄含大量激素，适当摄取可增强生殖能力。
