Based on studying the traffic ability of the dangerous Huang-zhou-xin-tan section,this paper suggested implementing different navigation rules at different times: for the flood-time using traffic separation scheme,the mid-water-level periods taking the two-way route scheme,and the low-water season adopting the one-way route system.
本文对黄洲新滩险段通航能力作了较详细的论证,提出了完善和改进现行通航规则的意见与建议,即在不同的时段实施不同的通航规则,高水位期实施分道通航制,中水位期实施双向航路制以及在枯水期实施单向通航制,对通航安全管理有着一定的参考价值。
