| 多体问题 many-body problem N为任意正整数，研究N个可视为质点的天体在其相互万有引力作用下的运动规律 。又称N体问题 。多体问题是一个十分复杂的理论问题，也是天体力学各个分支学科的共同基础课题。当N＝2时，即为二体问题，已完全解决。N＝3即成为著名的三体问题，除一些特殊的限制性三体问题可以得出特解外 ，一般三体问题仍是悬而未决的难题。对于N＞3的N体问题，根本无法求出分析解。现在主要是采用数值方法和定性方法来进行研究。特别是随着电子计算机的广泛使用，数值方法更成为研究N体问题的主要手段。 |
