性质:又称双快型砂水泥(double quick sand casting cement)。以适当数量成分的生料,烧至部分熔融而得到的以硅酸三钙为主;氟铝酸钙为辅的熟料,加入适量的硬石膏,经混合后粉磨制成的一种水硬性胶凝材料。具有凝结快、硬化快、小时强度高等特点。水化时迅速生成三硫型水化硫铝酸钙,数小时内就具有较高强度;凝结时间可用缓凝剂调节(在15~45min内)。广泛用于铸造业中代替传统的水玻璃和黏土类黏结剂胶结型砂。它浇铸后溃散性好,旧砂回收简单,清砂容易和不污染环境。快凝快硬硅酸盐水泥和快凝快硬氟铝酸盐水泥也可用作型砂水泥。
