性质:主要由简单的单程管壳式换热器组成。加热管直径常见的为25~50mm,也有小于25mm的。管长为6~10m。这种蒸发器大多是单程型的,即溶液在蒸发器中只通过一次,不作循环流动,在造纸工业中最常见。此外还有循环型,即溶液在蒸发器中循环流动。溶液通过加热室时,在管壁呈膜状流动,故又称为膜式蒸发器。又可分为升膜式和降膜式两大类。
