材料:琼脂 10克 / 水 400cc / 砂糖 700克 /薄荷叶 适量 /
做法:1.将琼脂冲洗一下后,放入冷水泡过夜
2.将水烧开,放入薄荷叶(装入滤纸包),煮出颜色,和香味后,捞出。然后放入泡好的琼脂,烧至琼脂完全融化。
3.另外用锅放入砂糖,然后用滤网过滤琼脂液倒入锅内,边搅拌边加热,至锅内冒起泡沫,液体可以拉出一点丝来,关火。
4.用空的牛奶纸盒,剪去上面的三角部分,洗净后,用清水湿润一下,倒入热的糖液,静置冷却凝固为止(放入冰箱更佳)。
5.凝固后,如图撕开纸盒,然后用刀切成块状,即可。
