For linking B1 cigarette packing line and ZJ17 cigarette making and tipping machine combination,taking YF12 cigarette conveying system as a reference,a cigarette handling system was developed on the basis of NF tray unloader.

4 系统改造方案 改造系统必要要解决以下问题： 1、首要任务是弄清原系统的工作原理。 2、TD3000变频器和原系统接口问题，要保证改造后的变频器和原系统无缝对接。 3、要考虑变频器对原单板机系统可能存在的EMI问题，（原系统是以是单板机为控制核心，变频器作为一个重要执行单元。） 图1就是原RC传动应用原理图，电机4.0KW，内带光电编码器和电机过热保护热敏电阻，变频器采用闭环矢量控制。这种配置方法在国外常见，而国内非常少，配置价格也较为昂贵，国内配套也相对较难。而且系统要求较快的动态跟随性能和高稳速精度。由于TD3000变频器开环矢量无论从动态性能还是稳态精度上都高于原变频器，因此我们决定先使用开环矢量控制检验TD3000的性能，看是否能能满足系统要求，对于电机保护热敏电阻，由于TD3000变频器内部自带电机过载保护，且RC主电机的工作负荷也较轻，因此这路控制可以完全舍弃。使用TD3000的应用原理图见图2：  | |
