性质:在非吸附性多孔物料的减速干燥阶段,一般存在干燥区和湿区两部分。物料内部的内部蒸发实际上是在湿区的某处进行。但为了使问题简化起见,把内部蒸发看成仅在干燥区与湿区的交界面上进行,这样的模型即称为蒸发面后退模型。
