According to emerging conditions and problems of the development of forest tree seeds and seedlings since the forest tenure reform had been carried out,this paper had a discussion on the "Four Changes" of forest seed and seedling development in the future.

Promoting the teaching reform needs to implement "the four-transformation",that is,from "knowledge teaching" to "ability acquisition" on course reform;from "theory teaching" to "practical training" on teaching method;from "major setting" to "skill tamping" on major construction;from "teacher-based system" to "trainer-based system"on the construction of teaching staff.
