The purpose of the paper is to establish a evaluation system on ULCB(urban land comprehensive benefit) by comprehensively evaluation on 11 cities ULCB of Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2004.
研究结果:(1)秩相关分析表明,2000—2004年,浙江省城市用地综合效益呈上升、协调度呈下降趋势,而11个地级市则呈不同变化趋势;(2)城市用地综合效益、单项效益及协调度之间的关系呈多样化;(3)城市化水平与综合效益、单项效益及协调度之间关系不显著;(4)应用聚类与GIS分析法,将11个城市分为高效基本协调、中效协调、中效基本协调、低效基本协调和低效不协调5类。
