采用枯草杆蛋白酶对细羊毛进行改性整理 ,对整理后的羊毛纤维在细度、强度、鳞片形态和表面摩擦特性等方面进行性能分析 ,探讨了羊毛仿山羊绒改性整理的工艺 ,并且取得了较好的效果。

红烧东山羊
主料：羊肉500克
辅料：生姜15克、葱10克、八角3克、桂皮3克
调料/腌料：花生油15克、盐6克、味精6克、白糖2克、麻油2克、绍酒10克、胡椒粉少许、老抽王10克、湿生粉适量
制作过程
(1) 羊肉砍成块，生姜去皮切成片，葱切段。
(2) 烧锅下油，待油热时，下入生姜、八角、桂皮将羊肉炒香，攒入绍酒，注入清汤，用中火烧开。
(3) 待烧至快烂时调入盐、味精、白糖、胡椒粉、老抽王，烧至入味，放入葱段，去掉八角、桂皮，用湿生粉勾芡，淋入麻油，出锅入碟即成。

操作要点：羊肉本身有膻味，在煸羊肉时要尽量煸透水分。
