农业机械通用零部件(universal parts ofagrieultural maehinery)适用于多种类型或不同型号农业机械产品的零件和部件。 发展概况农业机械零部件的通用化和标准化开始于20世纪初期，形成于中期。它的发展与农业机械产品的系列化紧密相关。在50年代.系列产品已引起人们普遍关注。捷克斯洛伐克在60年代初通过系列设计，将犁的型号由12种减到7种，零件由1 300种减到430种。美国约翰·迪尔公司生产的44种拖拉机，基本型号只有15种。在基本型与各变型拖拉机之间，具有很高的零部件通用化程度。福格森公司在一些国家设置的联合收割机厂，统一生产两个系列、6个型号的产品，其零部件、附件的通用化程度都很高。中国在60一70年代设计的犁、耙、谷物播种机、饲料粉碎机、潜水电泵、一水稻插秧机、旋耕机等系列产品，零部件的通用化程度均达80%以上。 农业机械通用零部件的广泛应用使农机工业的结构发生重大变化。生产零部件的专业厂增多，不少主机厂变成了以装配为主的主导厂。同时也加速了农机产品发展的进程，促进了农业机械生产的国际化。 分类按零部件的通用化程度，可分为:①标准件。包括各种紧固件和联接件、轴承和润滑油杯、各种传动带和链条、管路附件和密封件、轮辆和轮胎以及各种电器仪表等。其规格尺寸已全部标准化，并适用于整个机械行业。一般由专业厂大里生产。②一般通用零部件。包括各种风机、泵、拍送装置、联轴器、离合器、制动器、齿轮、链轮、带轮、液压元件、起重件、操作件等。其主要尺寸已标准化.并按不同机械行业的需要进行专业化生产，农机行业可直接选用这类零部件，或根据需要进行变型设计。随着通用化程度的不断提高，这类通用零部件也可能发展成为标准件。③通用零部件。是在农业机械产品范围内具有不同程度通用化的零部件。其中多数是在同一类农机产品中通用，有;些则可用于不同类的农机产品。如某些筛片既可用于作物收获机械，也可用于农产品加工机械。有许多这类通用零部件的规格尺寸也已实现了标准化。各类农机主要通用零部件见下表。
