采用分光光度法测定了油松毛虫(Dendrolimus tabulaeformisTsai et Liu)3~5龄幼虫被病原物白僵菌(Beau-veria bassiana)感染后,其体内蛋白质的含量和多酚氧化酶活性的变化;结果表明,被白僵菌感染后1~8d,虫体内蛋白质含量持续下降,而未感染的则变化不大;多酚氧化酶(PPO)的活性呈现出先升高后下降的趋势。

| 松毛虫 Dendrolimus；lappet 枯叶蛾科松毛虫属的通称。松毛虫属全世界已知的有28种，除欧洲松毛虫和巴基斯坦松毛虫外，中国产26种，其中发生面积大，经常成灾的有马尾松毛虫、油松毛虫、赤松毛虫、落叶松毛虫、思茅松毛虫和云南松毛虫6种。成虫枯叶色，前翅中外横线双垂，波状或齿状，亚外缘斑列深色，中室端具小白点。阳具尖刀状，表面多有小刺，抱器发达。为针叶树大害虫。专门取食松柏科树木针叶。夜间交尾、产卵、飞翔。雌蛾体粗笨，雄蛾较活泼，飞翔力亦较强。卵呈堆状或排列成行，粉红、红褐色。幼虫具长毛，中、后胸有毒毛，老熟后在丝织的茧中化蛹，毒毛成排竖立于茧上。 幼虫体色有棕红、灰黑、黑褐、烟黑、灰褐等色，花斑明显或不明显，两侧有长毛，全体满布白、黑、棕色长毛或短毛。遇有惊动即昂胸竖起毒毛御敌。毒毛刺入动物的皮肤后，由于易折和尖端有小棘而不易拔出，常引起皮肤红肿、刺痒，重者引起皮炎、关节炎、头痛发热和全身不适等症状。
松毛虫的发生与环境条件及森林生态系统有关。凡是混交造林、经营管理合理，形成复杂的生物群落的林分，既有松毛虫发生，也出现多种松毛虫的天敌，不易发生灾害。如果营造大面积的纯松林，间伐抚育不当，灌木植被贫乏，失去森林生态系统的平衡，则阳坡山洼首先会形成松毛虫的发生基地，然后扩散蔓延，甚至猖獗成灾。 |
