三门峡黄河白天鹅观赏区位于三门峡市区西北部的黄河岸边，系黄河上最大的白天鹅栖息地。该景区东起三门峡黄河森林公园，西至陕州风景区三号码头，河面宽阔，生态环境良好，滩涂及水域饵料丰富，是候鸟迁徙停歇和越冬的天然场所。每年10月—次年3月，有数以万计的白天鹅翩翩飞临，在黄河岸边集群栖息，嬉戏觅食，形成黄河上一大自然景观。三门峡市由此成为我国极为难得的白天鹅观赏胜地，被誉为“天鹅之城”。该项目正在筹建，预计三年内完工。
