习，切以曰以万割草地(grassland for cutting)天然草地或人工草地中以刘割调制干草、青贮或青饲为目的的地段。中国割草地面积有2(XX)多万公顷。割草地在解决牧草生产的季节不平衡，确保家畜越冬营养需要上起着重要的作用。 天然草地作为割草地常以上繁草为主，下繁草不超过草群重量的10%。中国天然割草地主要有:①羊草草原割草地。分布中心在东北平原和内蒙古高原的森林草原带和相邻的典型草原带外围地区，干草产量可达1(MX)~2500千克/公顷，多数地区平坦，适于机械化作业，是草原区最重要的天然割草地。②针茅草原割草地。其中贝加尔针茅草原割草地主要分布在大兴安岭两侧，干草产量可达1 500~2仪幻千克/公顷;大针茅一羊草草原割草地主要分布在内蒙古坡状高平原上，干草产量750~1500千克/公顷。③杂类草林缘草甸割草地。分布在松辽平原外围和大兴安岭西麓森林草原区，干草产量可达ZOJ)~3500千克/公顷。④草甸和沼泽割草地。常分布在温性草原和高寒草原地区的河流沿岸河漫滩、山地沟谷、湖泊洼地、沙丘间洼地、干河谷等各种低湿地，草地生产力较高。中国人工草地、半人工草地保留面积约806 .7万公顷，除部分作放牧用之外，主要利用方式是作割草地调制干草和青贮。干草产量比天然草地高1~2倍，优者可达5倍，草质也较天然草地的高。 (韩建国)
