介绍: 软骨硬鳞鱼类。吻端至口部中线上约有7个瓣状突起。口下位,口前具圆柱形吻须2对。下唇完整,不中断。鳃膜与峡部相连。体具5列骨板,背鳍条少于40,尾歪形。肠管具螺旋瓣。 珍贵经济鱼类之一,终身生活在淡水水域,栖息于砂砾底质河道宽阔的河段。每年5月末至9月初为产卵期;产卵场在水流较急、水深2-3米的砾石底区域。幼小个体主要以底栖动物为食,成鱼还捕食小型鱼类。鲟鱼卵可加工成鲜美的鱼子酱;鳔和脊索可制作鱼胶。近年来由于人为的影响使其资源锐减,现已进行人工繁殖并实施放流。 |
