性质:含磷量较低(一般应低于0.03%)的生铁,用于冶炼低磷钢、极低磷钢。适当的含磷量可增加金属液体的流动性,提高钢的强度、耐大气腐蚀等性能。但含磷量超过一定范围会损害钢铁的塑性、韧性、焊接性、电磁性能等。生产低磷钢、极低磷钢必须使用低磷生铁。高炉炼铁时对磷含量不能作任何控制,生铁中的含磷量完全取决于所用的原料,所以冶炼低磷生铁必须选用含磷低的铁矿石,或者进行铁水预处理,降低其含磷量。
