In light of the high price, unequal rigidity in horizontal direction and complicated installation of the horizontal steeless rope isolator, a drum shape of isolator consisted of ordinary steel rope (called PGG isolator) is studied and manufactured.

补充资料：Xo酱蒸丝瓜
材料：丝瓜400克，xo酱2汤匙。
芡汁料：酱油1茶匙，生粉1茶匙，水（蒸丝瓜水）4汤匙。
做法：1丝瓜去皮，洗净切粗条，排列在碟中，加入xo酱在瓜面上，蒸约7分钟后将瓜水倒出，留作勾芡。
2芡汁料煮滚，加入1茶匙油，淋在丝瓜面，即成。
功效：丝瓜含 有丰富的维生素，其核所含有的脂肪质亦高，对便秘有食疗之效。
