机和机械技术委员会150/TC23，共有54个成员团体，其中P成员25个，O成员29个;下设18个分技术委员会，分别负责农林拖拉机和机械的名词术语、一般试验、操作者的安全和舒适性、操作控制装置和操作符号、标示以及各类农业机械的标准制订，到1988年底已颁发了152个正式标准。 中国发展概况中国农业机械标准化工作起始于50年代。50年代末到60年代初陆续颁发了一批部标准，基本上参照苏联标准。1965年后，结合中国在农机科研设计、生产和使用方面的经验，进人了制订中国标准的阶段。70年代初，为解决农业机械产品型号杂乱、零部件互换性差、产品质量不高等问题，结合主要产品整顿和系列设计，以防乱、治乱、提高产品质量为中心，制订了一批国家标准和部颁标准。1978年中.国以积极成员团体参加了150/TC23和150/TC70。1981年以后，农业机械标准化工作转人以采用国际标准为中心，使标准的数量和水平有了较大的增长和提高。到1988年6月底，农业机械国家和部(专业)标准达到575个。其中34%达到国际通用水平;58%达到国际70年代末、80年代初水毛8%达到国际当代先进水平。此外，还制订了一批产品质量标准。这些标准对促进农业机械工业技术进步，促进农机产品上水平、上质量、上品种，提高经济效益发挥了重要作用。 内容农业机械标准包括基础标准、产品标准、方法标准、安全与环境保护标准等。各类标准的范围和作用见下表。
