Objective:The preparations of the reference solutions and the parameters from different determination methods of Color of Solution in ChP,USP and BP were compared,to provide reference for establishing standards in inspecting the imported drugs and in re-inspecting imported drug standards.
方法:采用《中国药典》2005版附录收载的目视比较法、紫外分光光度法、色差计法进行测定。

中华人民共和国农业部直属的一所兽药监察、研究机构。设于北京。1952年在原华北农业科学研究所防疫系的基础上组建而成。原名农业部兽医生物药品监察所，1984年改现名。现有科技人员152人,其中副研究员以上32人。有授予兽医微生物与免疫学研究生硕士学位权。该所任务是：贯彻执行兽药监察制度，监督兽药产品质量；从事有关兽药的科学研究；选择培育制造菌（疫）苗用新菌(毒)种；研究改进兽药的制造方法和使用方法等；并受中国微生物菌种保藏委员会委托，承担兽医微生物菌种保藏中心的任务。共设置10个研究室，即第二细菌室、第一细菌室、病毒室、霉形体室、生化室、化药室、菌种室、培养基室、试验动物室和电镜室。该所专长兽医微生物菌（毒）种筛选、培育和生物制品的研究，他们所研制的猪瘟兔化弱毒疫苗、布氏杆菌猪型二号弱毒菌苗、仔猪副伤寒弱毒菌苗等均处于领先地位。
