The result shows that with the antioxidant concentrations increase the cell dry weights gradually increase,but the cell dry weights start to drop to certain concentration of antioxidants after 9 days,according to the standard of the cell dry weight.
以干质量作为生长指标,培养9 d后,测定细胞干质量,发现随着抗氧化剂浓度的增加,细胞干质量逐渐增加,但到一定浓度后,细胞干质量开始下降。

又称“男性母细胞瘤”、“睾丸腺瘤”。由幼稚睾丸基质所发生的肿瘤。小儿有性早熟现象，肿大的睾丸有肿块。尿17-酮类固醇、促性腺激素及雌激素皆正常，但孕二醇及促黄体激素增高。肿瘤限于睾丸内，瘤质均匀，黄色。瘤细胞大小不等，呈圆形或不规则，排列成片状、索状或乳头状。手术治疗，预后良好。
