宝顶沟自然保护区，位于四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州(马尔康县)茂县(凤仪镇)境内。占地19600公顷。保护区类型为野生动物类型，保护对象是大熊猫、川金丝猴、牛羚等动物。
宝顶沟自然保护区保护区人口12961人,保护区与九寨沟自然保护区及千佛山自然保护区相连，具典型的亚热带气候特征，气候垂直分布呈北亚热带、暖温带、温带、寒温带。区域内降水丰富，气温日差小，风速风量小，沟内溪流众多，但流量少、落差大、流量急，河床沉积，为石底河床。 保护区内山峦起伏，沟谷纵横，山势陡、切割深、地形复杂，在特殊的气候分布影响下，形成了特有的动植物资源。 保护区内的实验区和外围区，可开展生态游和科考旅游，其景观有：森林景观、红叶景观、杜鹃花景、云雾厅观、高山草甸景观，观赏一级保护动物大熊猫、金丝猴等。
