性质:菜籽油饼(粕)中含蛋白质35%~45%,由于其中含有硫代葡萄糖苷、植酸、单宁、芥子碱等毒素和抗营养成分,应用上受到限制。化学脱毒法是在室温下,以某些化学品的水溶液与粕经过预混、连续逆向相混合、压滤、干燥等工序,使粕中总硫甙脱除率达95%以上,硫甙残留量不到0.1%,可以作为蛋白饲料。脱毒排放液可以作为液体有机肥料。
