性质:有许多带壳的油料如:棉籽、花生果、葵花籽、油茶籽、油桐籽等,皮壳含量较高,而皮壳中含油量极少,所以制油以前必须进行剥壳,使壳、仁分离,以利于提高毛油质量,提高出油率,降低生产成本。剥壳常用的设备有圆盘剥壳机、刀板剥壳机、离心式剥壳机、锤击式剥壳机等。剥壳以后还必须有壳、仁分离工序。
