宫腔配子移植
将精子和卵子直接移植入宫腔内，使之在宫腔内受精，发育，着床，妊娠。是一项由体外受精，胚胎移植衍生的新技术。指征是双侧输卵管阻塞。控制促排卵，监测卵泡发育，精液处理，取卵方法同采卵。取卵后即分别将卵和精子用空气泡隔离，明确在体外无混合，注入液体为170μl。其特点是简化了程序，省略了体外培养的步骤。缺点是无法观察卵的受精及胚胎形成过程，我国山东省已有妊娠成功的报道。
