To study the germination rate and radical growth speed of Hippophae rhamnoides seed under the condition of different temperatures.
为了解不同温度对沙棘种子发芽率和胚根生长量的影响,本实验在水、气、光照等适宜条件下,在20℃2、5℃、30℃恒温条件和20~30℃变温条件对沙棘种子分组培养,记录始发芽天数和对应的胚芽长度,并进行生物统计学分析。
