为找寻特异性强、敏感性高,且操作简便、费用低廉,并能大规模应用于临床的日本血吸虫病血清学诊断方法,以疫区黄牛为研究对象,应用环卵沉淀试验(COPT)、血清法间接血凝试验(sIHA)和血纸法间接血凝试验(bpIHA)、胶乳凝集试验(PAPS)、三联斑点酶联免疫吸附试验(三联Dot-ELISA)5种血清学诊断方法与粪检方法检测牛日本血吸虫病,并对5种血清学检测结果进行评价。

A dead wild goral(Naemorhedus goral) from Qinling Mountains was examined with the methods of necropsy and fecal examination to conduct a parasitological investigation in May,2008 in Shaanxi Rare Animal Rescue and Breeding Research Center.

| 粪便检查 fecal examination 了解消化系统各脏器病理状况的医疗手段之一。粪便检查的内容包括：①肉眼检查。观察粪便的量、颜色、气味和性状等，正常人粪便为黄褐色，成形，若为稀水样、米泔样、粘液样、胶冻样、脓性及脓血便、鲜血或柏油样、白陶土样便等均属异常。此外，还应注意分辨有无寄生虫体。②显微镜检查。观察有无红细胞、白细胞、肠上皮细胞、肿瘤丰镐遗址细胞、脂肪球、寄生虫卵与阿米巴滋养体等。③隐血试验。④细菌学检查。 |
