This paper presents a method of logical design for the relay contact-type control circuit basedon the state waveform graph of the electrical components which is visual,simple, realiable and can be used fordesign of any complicated control circuit,thus the shortcomings such as complication, poor visibility and difficult group-disposal of the traditional method of logical design are overcomed.

There is over-segmentation phenomenon based on watershed segmentation algorithm,so this paper presents a new segmentation algorithm,which is followed with floating-point moving image based on morphological grad image,then watershed transformation is done,edge orientation will be more precise.
