小南瓜
原料：南瓜、牛奶、豆沙、糯米粉
做法：
1、将南瓜去皮，切成块状，煮熟并捣成泥，注意不要放太多的水；
2、加入糯米粉和少量牛奶，和成团状，揉得干一点比较好。面团里也可加少量食用油，会使成品外观比较有光泽；
3、将南瓜面团分成若干份，包入豆沙，整成球形，隔水蒸10分钟即成。
点评：小南瓜不仅形状小巧玲珑，惹人喜爱，尝起来也是清香可口、糯软润滑，就算和外面大餐馆里做的相比也毫不逊色。南瓜馅也可以换成枣泥、花生、核桃等，既能增加嚼劲又能降低甜度。
