Through Hybridization experiment between wild Japanese quails (Coturnix japonica) and domestic quails, the traits of F_1 hybrids (wild male quails×domestic female quails) including growth, reproduction, body size, morphology, caged adaptability and living habits were observed and studied.
本研究用微山湖地区(苏、鲁、皖三省交界处)捕捉的野生日本鸣鹑(Coturnix japonica)和扬州地区的家养鹌鹑进行杂交试验,对所得杂交F_1代的生长发育规律、繁殖特性、体量、体型、家养适应性以及笼养条件下的生活习性进行观察研究分析,展示通过家鹑再野生化恢复野生日本鸣鹑群体有效规模的可能性,为今后实验室饲养、繁育再野生化的家鹑提供客观依据。

【原料】
嫩鹑脯肉500克，罐头竹笋200克，芝麻油10克，蛋清100克，酱油15克，鸡汤500毫升，精盐3.5克，白糖1克，料酒20克，味精1.5克，姜片10克，葱段10克，胡椒粉1克，熟花生油500克（实耗125克），湿淀粉15克，熟芝麻15克。
【制作过程】
1、 将鹑脯肉剞上交错十字花刀，剁成两块，罐头竹笋要切成滚刀块，用开水焯烫一下。 2、 再将鹑脯放入瓷盆中，加入料酒、精盐、酱油腌渍片刻，然后，加入蛋清、淀粉搅拌均匀，上好浆。 3、 炒锅净后烧热，倒入熟花生油，烧至五成热时，投入鹑脯腿滑散，至六成热时，再放入竹笋片略滑片刻，一起倒入漏勺。 4、 原炒锅上火，放50克熟花生油，烧热，投入葱、姜稍煸，倒入鹑脯和冬笋，烹入绍酒，下鸡汤、酱油、白糖、精盐、味精、胡椒分、芝麻油，用小火略焖片刻；待鹑脯焖透入味，汤汁已余三分之二时，用湿淀粉勾薄芡，撒入焙好的芝麻，即可
