This paper reviewed the domestic and foreign research progresses in the intracellular ice formation,especially the main theories on the mechanism ofⅡF at present,the methods of predicting P_(ⅡF),and all aspects of significant techniques and results in experiments;then summarized some problems existed inⅡF,moreover,prospected them.
