In the Qing Dynasty, head of Baojia is generally called Dibao, and its key duties undergo great changes,which is related to change of duties when Lijia is developed into Baojia since the period of the regimes of Emperor Yongzheng and Qianlong.

Using a large amount of file materials, this text analyses the Bao-Jia system in the operation in Jia xing county after the war.

In the 30-40s of the 20th century,Gansu Government received order and pursued the Bao-jia system.
