材料:
杏鲍菇2只、青椒1只、红椒1只、猪瘦肉200克
生抽2匙、淀粉1匙、料酒2匙、姜片4片、蒜2瓣、盐适量、鸡精适量
做法:
1,猪瘦肉切片用生抽、生粉腌制,青红椒切去籽去筋切成菱形,杏鲍菇切片,蒜切蒜末
2,炒锅烧热倒油,油烧至7成热时下肉片炒开,下料酒,肉片断生后铲起待用
3,锅中下留底油下姜片、蒜末炒香,下杏鲍菇片炒软
4,下青红椒片炒断生
5,将炒好的肉片加入同炒,加盐和鸡精调味即可
