绿脓杆菌侵入血流，在血液中繁殖所致的全身感染症候。通常继发于重度烧伤、白血病、急慢性感染、慢性消耗性疾病等基础之上。临床上有败血症的表现，血培养有绿脓杆菌生长。治疗首选多粘菌素B或E，次选庆大霉素、羧苄青霉素。
