用料：
麦皮1汤匙半，蒸熟的鱼适量。
做法：
1．麦皮放人碗中，加入清水5汤匙浸20分钟，用汤匙搅烂。
2. 若大人有蒸鱼的话，蒸熟后，选择鱼背或鱼脯的肉（因为这两部分的幼骨较少），小心拣去骨，把鱼肉放在碗中弄碎，只要一汤匙已够。
3．水3/4杯或适量放人小煲内煲滚，放下麦皮煲滚，慢火煲成很烂的稀糊，放下鱼肉及极少的盐拌匀再煲片刻，即成。待温度适合时，便可喂婴儿进食。
说明：
麦皮和鱼都含有蛋白质，麦皮更含有丰富的淀粉质及维生素b而鱼肉则有益易消化。
