诊法。精子凝集试验之一。本试验可以观察凝集类型。操作方法：①血清样品在56℃下放置30分钟灭活，用Baker缓冲液稀释至1∶4。②用Baker缓冲液稀释新鲜高质量的精液至50×106精子/ml。③在一个小试管内，加入05ml血清样品和005ml精子悬浮液，在37℃下孵育，分别于1小时和2小时后从每个试管中取一滴混合液，放在玻片上，加盖片，在显微镜下观察。④计数每12个高倍视野中活动凝集精子数和活动自由精子数，两者之比≥10%为阳性，或计数100个活动自由精子所见到的凝集精子团数，如果凝集率≥8为阳性。
