The effect of mixed culture solid fermentation of Candida tropicalis ZD-3 and Aspergillus niger ZD-8 on detoxification of cottonseed cake(CSC),as well as the effect of sodium carbonate and minerals on the reduction of free gossypol(FG) and crude protein(CP) contents were investigated during the mixed culture fermentation of CSC by detection of protein disappearance rate in vitro.

本课题以热带假丝酵母W103为酵母发酵菌种生产木糖醇,考察了其发酵木糖生产木糖醇的特性、影响木糖醇合成效果和影响发酵过程的因素,同时研究了种子培养时间、种子培养方式、接种量、温度、初始pH、培养基等对热带假丝酵母W103发酵木糖醇的影响,结果表明最适发酵条件为:以木糖为碳源,接种量10%,种子龄18 h;发酵时培养基成分为木糖40 g/L,硫酸铵10 g/L,酵母浸粉3 g/L,蛋白胨5 g/L,培养基中加入微量Mg2+、Ca2+,初始pH值为4。
