In order to provide a theoretical base for rapid clonal propagation of new variety of Hemerocallis middendorfii("Baltimore oriole"、"Bettry woods")that was imported from foreign countries,1/2MS media containing different concentration of NAA and IBA were used to regenerate from Hemerocallis middendorfii re-grown shoots without roots.
