中国东汉将领。字升卿，武平(今河南鹿邑西北)人。长于谋略，初拜郎中。永初四年(110),羌、胡攻掠凉州。汉廷为专力北御鲜卑、匈奴,欲弃凉州,被虞诩谏阻。后任朝歌（今河南淇县）长，曾镇压当地农民起义。元初二年(115),羌族复起兵大败汉军。虞诩针对羌骑行动快速的特点，献计改编汉军，告示部卒每20人可购马一匹代役，编成骑兵1万,击败羌兵。朝廷以虞诩有将才，派任武都太守，令其统兵攻羌。途中被羌兵阻于陈仓（今陕西宝鸡境）崤谷。虞诩诈称固守待援,乘羌兵松懈,通过险隘。沿途虚张声势，逐日增灶，羌兵以为汉军增多，不敢紧追。至赤亭（今甘肃成县西北），遇羌兵万余围攻。他令先发小弩示弱，诱羌兵急攻,再以强弩射击,使20弩共射一人，所发必中。羌兵惧怕，汉军乘机出城反击，斩杀甚众。虞诩料羌兵必退，遣军设伏于退路过河处，乘其半渡袭击，羌兵大败溃散。随后,招还流民,开拓漕渡，借粮济贫，安定了武都郡（今甘肃南部）。虞诩为官，屡忤权贵，数遭刑罚，曾官至尚书令。永和初年卒。
