材料：葱、姜、大蒜（可选择）、糖、醋、老抽、盐，当然还有鸡蛋。 做法：先将鸡蛋逐个煎成荷包蛋，（即蛋白完全把蛋黄包围）不是普通的煎蛋。蛋黄不需煎熟，只要蛋白可以把它包起来就行。 锅里不需放油，直接加水，葱段，姜丝，（拍好的大蒜），足量的糖，醋，老抽，盐，煎好的荷包蛋。水开后中火煮10-15分钟左右（时间长段可视自己吃几成熟的鸡调节），最好多放汤，拿它拌饭很香的。 这个菜的关键是糖和醋一定要够量，老抽只是调颜色，盐不能太多。另外鸡蛋不能煎太老，否则味道不容易进去。
